This is truly impossible. I've been searching ALL DAY on Marvel and Infotrac and Google and I cannot find any two articles that deal with similar enough themes in Lear and The Rivals. It is now 6.30pm and I have not started this paper because I can't find an academic to "lean on" for 5 pages. I'm half tempted to write a paper using entirely my ideas and make up a source. Skeletor, you will never know how difficult you make my life. Really.

Really it took my less than an hour to find 50 pages (with about 20 turned out to be fairly good) on the two subjects in correlation to the essay. I used Infotrac just fyi.
Well infotrac must love you a lot because it's giving me useless stuff.
I do appreciate the tip though, thank you.
You are welcome, best of luck mon amie...also be sure to use Boolean things (NOT AND etc and so forth) they can help.
I've now checked every source librarians recommend and still nothing.
Like i demonstrated in class, you don't need a single source dealing with BOTH titles (that seems really tough). You need a single academic source that helps inform one and use THAT to tease out meaning in the other.
That said, if you find a single source that deals with both that is fab.
I think YOU make your life more difficult than it needs to be. And: starting the night before does present problems.
I can't tease out meaning in one by reading an article on the other because none of the articles I've found deal with anything the two have in common. And believe me, I'm trying. Also, I did ask you to push the deadline to tomorrow because I wouldn't even be able to start it until about today.
SC: shoot me an email. Let's problem solve before you pull out your red hair.
SC: I'm so sorry.... I know how you feel. It took me forever to find a source... the one I used just basically summarized "King Lear". That wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but I was able to use the information.
Oh... don't you dare reach for your hair... if you pull it out I will attack you! ;)
